Ongoing training
Mandatory safety induction for all workers and ongoing training appropriate to each role.
Protective equipment
Provision and control of personal protective equipment appropriate to each task, with per-worker issue records.
Inspections and audits
Planned inspections of work fronts, equipment and tools, with corrective actions recorded and tracked to closure.
Continuous improvement
Safety indicators tracked monthly and lessons learned incorporated into procedures.
Environmental responsibility
Responsible management of waste, chemicals and effluents, in compliance with applicable environmental legislation and our clients' standards.
